Kayak Fishing

             Fly / Spin Fishing

With design changes in the Kayak industry, Kayak Fishing has become one of the fastest growing fishing sports in America. “Sit on top” styled kayaks are providing anglers with a lightweight and inexpensive personal watercraft with more than the mere advantage of access to remote stretches of water. New rigging and equipment accessories, combined with new fishing strategies, have turned average anglers into stealthy big game hunters.

Although the Kayak will not replace the stable platform of a good drift boat, some fly fishing clients prefer a more adventurous, hands-on experience, which can be just as productive. Our guided kayak fishing trips provide clients with fully rigged boats, strategy instruction and can be booked for any of the river destinations listed on our site.

Customers are encouraged to bring their own kayak, favorite rod and tackle; however all fishing equipment and new modeled kayaks are available for use at no extra expense. A healthy lunch, drinks (no alcohol) and snacks are provided for full day trips. We can handle up to two customers and the customer(s) is only responsible for his/her own state fishing license.

If you are interested in purchasing your own boat before or after your trip, we would be glad to refer you to an experienced outfitter near you. For upstate South Carolinians we highly recommend you pay a visit to our friends at Sunrift Adventures in Travelers Rest, SC. We also highly recommend that you visit www.SCKayakFishing.com for rigging, fishing and kayak angling research.

Please call for availability and standard guide pricing will apply.
